• Researching technologies and eCommerce trends
• Creating engaging and original blog posts, emails, and social media posts to attract to your targeted audiences
• Using tools as quora.com to figure out the question kits and develop contents to answer those questions
• Build and manage rich contents on multiple platforms
• Creating email campaigns to target users who sign up for content channels or opt-in the mailing list
• Maintaining the company website
• Monitor a list of metrics to measure your content outcome

• Good at content writing based on in-depth research
• Have knowledge / experience in IT is a plus
• Creativity, innovation, adaptability, strong interpersonal communication
