OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
The (Senior) Account Manager is responsible for the ownership of overseeing client’s projects by leading and monitoring our 360° Communication Campaign. He or she has to connect client & internal teams effectively to ensure the high-quality of each projects. The role of this position also includes of coaching for junior team members, finding new clients and attending project’s pitching session as well.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- 80%: Lead current 360o Campaigns;
- 10%: Coaching team members;
- 10%: Looking for new clients/pitching projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have digital background;
- Have both digital & ATL background is an advantage;
- At least 5 – 7 years’ experience in Marketing & Communication industry;
- Previous experience: Account Manager position;
- Have Marketing/Communication background;
- Negotiation skills;
- Logical Thinking;
- Planning skills (excellent in using Microsoft office);
- Communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Calm, Mature, Good listener, Open minded;
- Positive thinking.
