A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

A Copywriter is a creative specialist who has the capacity in ideation, conceptualization and story crafting skill. This is the person in charge of cracking a creative brief and contributes his/her creativity for the entire process of strategic planning to daily execution. Copywriters in Creatory usually work with planners, and other creative executives to come up with ideas and make them happen.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

B.1,Talent Branding: (50%)

  • Brainstorm and help crafting brand concepts based on talent's positioning
  • Build brand concept, develop content strategy/planning with key content angles and ideas that aligned with the talent's brand strategy, coordinate with other departments as a content strategy consultant

B.2, IMC Communication planning: (20%)

  • Brainstorm ideas and campaign concepts for external proposal development with strategic planners

B.3, Sponsored Video: (20%)

  • Produce ideas and scripts based on client’s brief for influencer social activities, adapting naturally content creators’ authentic voice and style
  • Do pre-production meeting to debrief production and talent teams before shooting
  • Supervise and cross-check deliverables to ensure that they are aligned with client’s brief and requirements
  • Quality check the idea/scripts of freelance Copywriter

B.4, Internal Projects: (10%)

  • Provide/consult idea direction for internal project, ex: build new channel, new content format,...
  • Generate/collect creative reports/materials for internal use
  • Cooperate well with other departments to run the campaign smoothly
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

C, REQUIREMENT:

Qualification:

  • College or Bachelor’s degree, major in Marketing, Filming, Communication or Journalism is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Creative Production or Commercial film industry.
  • Experience in commercial video projects such as TVC/iTVC, viral video, commercial film/video ads, KOL videos, Comedy Drama Film, etc.

Skills

  • Interest in influencer marketing, ability to adapt quickly with each Content Creator’s authentic voice & style
  • High levels of creativity, imagination, initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Have creativity but also strategic approach with logical, insightful rationale
  • Have the ability to write concise, compelling copy.
  • Effective research skill for trends and ideas
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Energy, resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Have good communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.
  • Understand & respect every department’s role in delivering great work & build close relationships
