Job Description - Account Executive

We seek an Account Executive with the following details.

o Department: Account Management

o Report to: Senior Account

o Education: Graduate in communications, integrated marketing, journalism, diplomatics, foreign trade

o Experience:

• 1-2 years of comparable experience

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions

o Qualification

• Manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

• Reliability, responsibility

• Excellent communication skill

• Problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment

• Work under pressure & short time

• Highly organized & self-motivated

• Traditional & social media knowledge & skill

o Task description

Projects preparation:

• Prepare creative brief

• Receive brief from client, prepare meeting minute

• De-brief to content team

• Take part in internal meeting to follow work & develop ideas for the project

• Support senior account to prepare proposal

Projects execution:

• Prepare media plan, working with media booking

• Prepare to execute projects with quality, accuracy & timeliness

• Deliver task & deadline for content team

• Collect hot trends & new media channel, platform

• Work with media buy team about media plan, choose the best booking supplier for each media channel

• Update presslist, send invitation (if any)

• Contact & work with filmer, photographer, PG/MC, supplier, freelancer before-during event

• Prepare presentation, material (printing) for event

• Act as a link between Senior Account, media buy & strategic teams to ensure communication flows effectively

• Keep in touch with client if Senior account’ absence

• Prepare compaign report, campaign analysis

• Report issues & complaints quickly & effectively & suggest solutions to Senior Account

• Other tasks as assigned by Senior Account

Project administration

• Admin for account team

• Tracking cost for the campaign incharged

• Prepare cost & payment schedule for supplier (expected) to HR & Operations

Follow media booking

• Choose photo source, film source

• Prepare caption & layout

• Book & follow up with supplier to get layout, layout approval to make sure on air on time

• Forum & fanpage management

• Contact & follow journalists, suggest or edit article to match client’s requirements

• Allocate & assign jobs to intern if any

• Other tasks as assigned by Senior account
