SCOPES OF WORK

1. Media Work & Issue Management

2. Brand Identity

Prepare materials and conduct training sessions/ workshops
Create and maintain (with timely updates) a public folder with key brand elements
Provide brand consultant for special requests
Frequently latest updated brand materials

3. Internal Communications

Provide guidelines for related function to self-upload their articles on net
Propose content and photos with captions for articles in charge of communications and technically publish those on net
Compose push mails with good illustration and content featuring key activities/ projects/ events

4. Website Updates

Article updates on website (in VN and EN): prepare materials including content based on final press releases, photo selection and photo caption aligning, ariticle
Coordinate with related functions for responding inquiries from global websites

5. Graphic Design

Work with designer and internally coordinate with relevant functions in the annual project, review and finalize design with cross-functional alignment and in line with brand identity and guidelines
Coordinate with designer to produce qualified designs/ key visual for key events and fully in charge of other design work e.g. announcement emails, invitation letter, e-cards…
Fully in charge of high quality photos/ videos for internal and external communications
