JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
A junior designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects. Responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of campaigns, an understanding of typography, layout, animation, and art direction will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible.
What You'll Do
The specific details of a junior designer’s role will vary depending on the role, but common activities include:
- Creating key visuals and designs for various media ( social media content, traditional and digital ads, etc)
- Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
- Sharing ideas and offering input in creative brainstorming sessions
- Helping design creative proposal decks
- Making mood board / storyboards
- Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
- Liaising effectively with clients and other team members
- Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- Supporting different departments as needed
Who You Are
- BA university degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
- Adeptness with leading design software packages
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Some creative industry experience
- Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
- Accuracy and attention to detail
