Job Description

Develop media relations strategy
Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding PR, influencer and social media opportunities
Generate ideas, develop content and proofread communication materials in both English and Vietnamese
Participate in new business pitches and establish EloQ as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services to clients
Mentor, manage and supervise members of the PR & Communications team
Plan for team development and training
Lead and coordinate with team to proceed the projects and ensure high performance
Measure and report performance of campaigns to two partners of the company

Job Requirements

At least 2 years (for supervisor) or 4 years (for manager) of experience in a similar position; strong preference given to a candidate with agency experience
Strong writing skills and oral communication skills
Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
Ability to lead a team of PR professionals
A journalism, communications or marketing related university degree
Understanding of client business issues and requirements
Ability to delegate effectively
Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
