Blueseed Group is looking for Performance Activitation Lead to develop and oversee the implementation of performance campaigns. This role will be in charge of planning, operating and optimizing to maximize the campaign revenue.

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for planning, management & optimizing campaigns across all digital channels: Search, Social, Display, Video, Ad Network, Messenger, Chatbot and especially utilizing Data for Lead Generation.
- Daily optimize performance towards KPIs, analyze data and market trends.
- Set up performance tracking & utilizing research tools and analyzing databases from a variety of traffic sources.
- Deep optimization competencies in 3 main Industries: Automotive, Real Estate, Finance.
- Review effectiveness in terms of cost per lead, quality of leads, scale of leads that can be delivered based on each client’s unique industry and requirements.
- Monitor all running campaigns and work with our teams to improve results, continuously testing new methodology and looking to improve our outcomes every step of the way.
- Develop proposals, case studies and introductory materials for Lead Generation potential clients.
- Create benchmark performance metrics in terms of conversion rates, costings so that our offering can be as competitive as possible in the market.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related.
- At least 3-year practical experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
- Advanced optimization skills & strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Zalo, Cốc Cốc, LinkedIn, Ad Networks.)
- Be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends. Have a data-minded mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Good organizational and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Facebook Blueprint & Google Certifications is an advantage.
- Strong desire to succeed & a proactive approach to your work.
