Selection Process
• Application: 8th April to 8th May 2016
• Online test: 8th April to 15th May 2016
• Initial Interview: 2nd May to 27th May 2016
• Assignment: 30th May to 2nd June 2016
• Assessment Center: 3rd June to 14th June 2016
• On-boarding: July 2016
Who can apply
- Vietnamese nationality with bachelor’s degree
- Fresh graduate or with less than 01 year of working experience by the time of application
- Accumulative GPA from 6.5 or equivalent
- High interest in FMCG Industry in general and Unilever business in particular
- Fast learner with winning spirit and can-do attitude
- Good analytical & conceptual power
- Good at interpersonal skills, strong teamwork
- Resilient and adaptable to changes
- Able to influence, lead self and others
