SUMMARY

Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for project management (small and medium scale) and work with internal team to implementing the client’s requirements that the project committed with the best service quality.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Key roles & responsibilities:

  • Project Management (70%)

- Implement sales targets according to the annual strategic development goal (develop new customers and keep growing old customers)

- Join the project team to create ideas for implementing the project.

- Support tasks related to the project (proposal, quotation, contract, liquidation, reports...).

- Following, evaluating and managing the project to ensure time line and client's requirements, objectives.

- Coordinate with the team leader responsible for the client services of the project.

  • Other tasks (30%)

- Conduct presentation, reports as required by direct manager and regularly update new information about the market, industry knowledge...

2. Requirements

- Professional knowledge/ Major: College up degree (Economic, Marketing, Communication, Language..)

- Minimum 02 years of marketing experience

- Actual experience in Event & Activation field (plus point)

- Have team orientation, communication skill, networking.

- Have presentation skill, organizational awareness, adaptability, patient & passionate, flexibility & Digital innovation.

- Have continuous learning.

- Have decision making, problem solving.

- Have project management, numerical ability, customer service mind.

- Be willing to work under high pressure and independent

- Good in English;

- Good in excel/word/ power point skills.
