[HCM][Client] Zalo: Partnership Manager, Zalo Ads

What you will do

  • Conducting market research to evaluate customer needs on Zalo Ads platform;
  • Developing new sales opportunities and potential clients: global and local brands, agency…;
  • Be in charge of customer support: ensure quality of services and KPI commitment;
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree; major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Foreign Trade;
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in digital agency, ads platform or relevant industry;
  • Having a strong digital agency network will be a big plus;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer management and presentation skills;
  • Having knowledge about Zalo Ads and the Zalo platform with user’s view is an advantage;
  • Be good at analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Be good at English.
