Internal Communication Executive

Quantity: 01

Responsibilities:

• Deploying internal publications, news updates, newsletters, forums, company fanpage. (Design content, layout and graphic…)
• In charge of photography, media, media writing ....
• Responsible for content development, organization of activities, volunteer activities, corporate culture
• Design posters, content and other necessary ad and material to support for the events.
• Improve staff engagement through internal events.
• Plan, implement and evaluate events via online survey and other methods.

Requirements:

• Have 2 years experiences in communication and events or relating areas.
• Commitment to teamwork and attention to detail
• Strong in verbal and written communication skills, design and organizational skills both in Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to use Abode or other graphic design and video making software.
• Experienced in internal communication, event management for the business.
• Have the skills to shoot, film the movie clip, basic photoshop, is able to write is an advantage
• Good negotiation skills, confident and outgoing.
