[HCM][Client] Hoozing: Tuyển dụng Digital Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

Play a very critical role in Marketing department, fully responsible for Marketing activities of Hoozing‘s project.

• Develop and execute marketing plan for Hoozing’s projects to achieve project target.
• Develop and optimize channels by appropriate platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Website... to get leads.
• Collect, synthesize, analyze and evaluate market information, customer tastes, information on competitors.
• Develop and optimize channels to get traffic.
• Build tracking system, analysis data, report result.

REQUIREMENTS

• Require 2+ years experienced in Digital Marketing, especially strong in Performance Marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Website...)
• Experienced in Real Estate industry is a plus.
• Well-understanding in pay-per-click advertising.
• Basic design skill (Photoshop...)
• Ability to capture well the needs of the market.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, dedicated to work.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and in group; OT is conditional to workload requirement.

• Reporting to: Marketing Manager.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
• Working location: 37 Ky Con, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCMC
• Company’s computer provided: No.
• Salary Payment time: 5th every month.
• 15 annual leaves per year.
• Social Insurance will be applied after 6 full-time working months.
