[HCM][Client] Hoozing: Tuyển dụng Digital Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

Play a very critical role in Marketing department, fully responsible for Marketing activities of all new Hoozing‘s projects:

Develop and execute marketing plan for new Hoozing’s projects to achieve project target;
Develop and optimize channels by appropriate platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ... to get leads;
Collect, synthesize, analyze and evaluate market information, customer tastes, information on competitors;
Develop and optimize channels to get traffic; Build tracking system, analysis data, report result;

REQUIREMENTS

Experienced at least 2 years in Digital Marketing;
Well-understanding in pay-per-click advertising. Experienced in Ecommerce/Real Estate industry or Advertising Agency is a plus.
Having basic knowledge of Marketing and Branding
Understanding marketing graphic needs
Ability to capture well the needs of the market;
Dynamic, enthusiastic, dedicated to work;
Communication skills, presentation, negotiation, good persuasion;
ENGLISH fluent, especially writing skills (required);
Ability to work independently and in group; OT is conditional to workload requirement
Report to: Marketing Manager
