F.Learning Studio is seeking an Junior Account Executive to be the last missing piece to our dynamic team!!!

About us

Since 2016, we have managed to gain an international clientele ranging from high-ranking universities to innovative training firms in the US, UK, and Australia. We are a dynamic production house that welcomes any creative and passionate who is looking to define the future of education.

What you do

  • Maintain positive relationships with the company’s important clients
  • Seek to fully understand prospects’ needs, concerns, expectations and efficiently consult them on our services (via both email and online call)
  • Clearly communicate with clients and production team to maintain project deadline and ensure output quality matches clients’ expectations
  • Provide marketing team with customer insights to effectively optimize approach strategy

Skills needed

  • English fluency since you will need to communicate with international clients via email and call
  • Open-minded, willing to try new solutions, be able to move with a dynamic team
  • Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
  • Result-driven and self-motivated
  • Previous experience in working for agencies for in customer service preferred
