[HCM][Agency] Fans Communications: Social Media Specialist !

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will help us to attract and interact with targeted communities & network users.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination,objectives & goals, messaging and audience identification (specialize in Tech industry)

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

- Cooperate with other teams (Community, Creative) to establish the stratergic plan & content for every targeted communities

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

- Good in English

- Has excellent taste in art, graphic, social media, digital language, SEO

- Excellent communicator, both on and off-line

- Knows how to support his/her team, but also knows when to ask for support

- Attention to details and enthusiasm for pixel-perfect work.
