We are from one of the fabulous PR and IMC agency, for business growth, we are looking for a candidate for Senior Account Manager role with full scope of work below:

  • Oversee financial and operational performance of multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence, and that plan creation and execution map to goals
  • Understand client’s businesses and their mission, as well as their key stakeholders, especially consumers insight to counsel clients strategically, drive projects and lead the team to deliver expected outcomes
  • Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others’ work
  • Build and use relationships with third-party influencers and internal business partners to meet client needs
  • Supervise staff by mentoring, motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable and conducting their reviews
  • Introduce clients to new capabilities, initiate new business process and display strong presentation skills during client pitches
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

Qualifications

  • At least six years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Solid client lead and project lead skill
  • Have experiences working in Integrated campaigns, especially those involved with Influencer
  • Have past experiences handling projects under FMCG category, especially those targets at moms & babies
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrates ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others’ work
  • Familiar with best-practice integrated marketing communications tactics and tools and the ability to appropriately recommend them to executive-level clients and lead the execution of all related projects in house
  • Ability to act as a daily client contact for multiple clients simultaneously and possess a track record of responsible, client-related finance management, including comprehensive managing within client budgets
  • Ability to manage and inspire a team and to make sound judgments on a daily basis, knowing when to seek senior counsel
