Participating in internal meetings to receive brief from account, then researching and analyzing the project
Building content strategies, contributing creative content ideas to digital marketing campaigns.
Copywriting media messages after the team finalizes customers’ audiences and insights
Building content timeline, defining suitable tones for each type of customers
Creating different types of content: landing page, facebook posts, PR articles, website articles, SEO, email marketing, video script, ads posts, FAQs,...
Designing simple photos and posting contents on social networks
Writing content & designing/monitoring designer to design Corporation Identify Program’s publications (Profile, Brochure, Leaflter if any…)
Working closely with Media team to get updates on customers’ insights and behaviours to change, adapt or write more content.
Making progress reports & monthly work results to Content Leader.
Updating trends about digital marketing, applying latest digital tools into optimizing content and photos throughout the campaign period.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience (worked at an Agency is an advantage)
Good critical thinking
Good & clear communication to understand customers’ needs and the team’s requirements
Good writing skills, various in different styles, tones
Strong acquaintance with Powerpoint/Word and Excel. Knowing PTS and other designing softwares is an advantage.
Good taste in layouts, colours and pictures
Creative, rich in ideas, attentive
Good teamwork and self-work
Good organizational skills
Required knowledge:
Overall knowledge about the Real Estate Industry
Good understanding of how digital marketing and other channels work
Attitudes:
Proactive
Passionate about copywriting/digital marketing
Eager to learn more and more
Responsible and can work under pressure
Possessing in-depth knowledge of Finance and Real Estate….is an advantage.
