[HCM][Agency] CPM: Field Operation Manager/ Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities

 Field force strategy and guideline planning: Plan the field force management strategy in the region/subsidiary and distribute the guideline based on the regional retail strategy.

 Lead and manage the ongoing development and implementation of the Field Force Plans (Retail Audit, Merchandising, Survey, Marketing research, Activation), responsible for Field Force Capability Enhancement.  Hold regular meeting, update necessary information, daily communication with Field Force team, instruct and guide FF team to be in line with the direction.

 Be responsible for volume forecasting, target setting, launching/kick-off planning/execution to ensure target productivity of Field Force is achieved.

 Do field work and daily/weekly/monthly Report Analysis to gather insights from the market on what factors are affecting sales such as promotion program, market situation, Competitors activities, Field Force team performance, etc. for necessary improvement.

 Be responsible for Field Force database, create and analyze reports for enhancement planning, training contents to ensure they are fit with objectives.

 Monitor and improve quality of Field Force through: target visit, SKU display, Product and campaign knowledge,…

 Recruit and assess the Field Force team.

Skills and Qualifications

 Minimum 5 year experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing or relevant positions in multinational companies.

 Bachelor or higher degree of Business Administration, Economics, and Marketing or from related majors.

 Experience of designing development program and project managing initiatives in multiple markets.

 Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

 Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
 The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

 Be innovative, proactive and customer-service oriented

 Strategic leadership (Experience leading & managing a team) and decisionmaking

 Good analytical and data processing skills in sales and trade marketing management.
