[HCM][Client] British American Tobacco: Digital Activation Deployment Executive

And now, BAT is looking for a Digital Activation Deployment Executive (DADE) for Activation team with the details and requirements as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute Digital Activation deployment, covering own website/apps, media buying and social media amplification.
− Accountable for maintaining own website/apps, social media pages and e-commerce platform. Ensure fit for purpose UX/UI design, effective SEO/SMO, timely content refresh, and minimize bugs and downtime.
− Recommend earned media and social media amplification plan, develop engagement mechanism and targeting plan leveraging CRM database, Community advocates, PR network and programmatic.
− Recommend media buying plan, ensure reach and impressions objectives met in-line with Route to Consumer and campaign objectives.
− Identify touchpoints and propose specifications for Digital Touchpoint Adaptation Brief.
− Monitor delivery of operational KPIs, analyze Digital Activation performance through ad-track and its impact through social media listening and recommend action plan for improvement.
• Operationalize Campaign Implementation Plan for Digital channel, execute in market implementation.
• Propose spends, execute purchases and payments, track and control budget across Digital Activations.
• Conduct quarterly On-line channel business review, identify room for improvement and propose action plan.
• Monitor external Digital Activation partners on day to day operation, work closely with partner’s management team to ensure excellent execution and smooth operation delivering desired KPIs.
• Ensure all activities compliance with IMP, relevant local regulation, agreed process and way of working.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Have an understanding of brand development, brand portfolio
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, CRM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in planning media strategy: media buying, content direction, touchpoint recommendation & cost optimization.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimising landing pages, fanpage and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Knowledge in planning media spends, execute purchases and payments, track and control budget across Digital Activation
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
• Capability in reading, create digital report, and recommend action points.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Good in communication skills, negotiation and able to manage diverse group of stakeholders
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
