Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Project Planning position will be responsible for maintaining present clients and looking for new business, lead team to run and manage the projects to deliver project quality, good profit that meets client expectation.
· Be respond for Team’s KPI. Lead, inspire and drive team to achieve the target
· Participate in ideation process and prepare proposal alongside other teams.
· Presenting campaign proposal to clients for approval and modification.
· Maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
· Recruit, organize and train the team to effectively manage client’s campaign objectives.
· Supervise of field of event or activation works and proactively advise clients on the best solutions for running effective campaigns.
· Maintaining good relationship with collaborators, suppliers to best delivery business goals.
· To ensure that the project agreed are carried out to time and budget.

Work Experience Requirements:
- Sex: Male/female
- Age: 23-35
- At least 1 year of marketing or event experience
- Education: graduated from Foreign Trade, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, English (we appreciate fresh candidates)
- Used to work in Marketing field or Advertising industry
- Very good communication skills and presentation skills
- Be able to work over-time and under pressure
- Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
