[HCM][Client] OPPO Vietnam: Media Buying (OOH, TV) Lưu



  • Plan annual media budget and develop annual media strategy (TV/OOH/Internet, etc.), monitor the effect of delivery and continuously optimize and innovate the result.
  • Responsible for media resources procurement, management, assessment and settlement.
  • Centralized management of the use of media resources, create media placement plan.
  • Responsible for running the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the use of media resources, and responsible for the effect analysis.
  • Familiar with the media environment in Vietnam markets, analyze industry and competitive bidding strategies.
  • Marketing resources (KOLs, sports, movies, entertainment resources etc.) planning, evaluation, business negotiation and contract signing.
  • Fluent in spoken English and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, strong media contacts and business negotiation skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related majors.
  • At least 2 year of OOH media planning and purchasing experience gained (prefer Mobile / Tech Industry, but not essential).
  • Preferable - Experience of working with marketing and media agencies.
  • Positive thinking with a strong willingness for adapting any changes.
  • Confident and well-thought.
  • Well-organized and number’s loving.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Creative and problem-solver, propose alternative approaches to master the channels and satisfy the objective.
  • Teamwork and individual work processing.
