[HCM][Client] Home Brands by Central Group Vietnam: Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a young, dynamic and willing-to-do and eager-to-learn Marketing Specialist who will directly report to Marketing Manager, communicating brands' image following Group's strategies.

Brand: LookKool & Komonoya.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

The marketing specialist will manage all means of strategic marketing plans for both online and offline communications. Being in charge of yearly planning, project planning, resources allocation, promotions, campaigns, event and customer engagement

Initiating

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on the development of effective retail marketing content and visual (online and offline) that drives traffic and awareness to retail locations.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising initiatives through online channels
  • Organize in-store events and activations

Execution

  • Closely work with agencies to ensure to enhance the quality of Marketing materials and the delivery to be done on time and satisfying the brand’s standard. Responsible for the most cost- effective and best quality production of all communication materials
  • Design and publish the visual and content covering from store promotions to introductions of newly arrived products
  • Drive the Brand’s image standards and provide expert product knowledge to the audience
  • Responsible for planning & implementation of all campaigns including promotional and activation activities that promote brand
  • Contribute to the execution of point-of-purchase and in-store marketing assets. Lead the preparation of briefs and work back schedules.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with Operation team to support the launch / implementation / feedback of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with partners, landlords, and related parties for the execution of internal and external events
  • Shoot new products in -store monthly

Reporting

  • Monitor and report about competitors’ actions, marketing activities, sales promotions, etc.
  • Summarize, evaluate and do a report for marketing activities
  • Provide necessary information for planning and budgeting

Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by Marketing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Functional knowledge & experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing preferably with Retail background.
  • Experience of developing marketing plans, advertising and promotions
  • Ability to complete tasks within critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, detail-minded, positive, supportive, flexible and adaptive

Other skills:

  • Good communication and presentation skills, customer-oriented
  • Passionate about retail, visual merchandising, driving sales and customer experience.

Education: Bachelor and above (Marketing related degree is a plus)

Experience: at least 2 years (Previous experience in a similar marketing role is a great plus)

Language: Good English is preferred

Office skills: Office computer skill, able to use social networks insights is preferred

Attitude: Hard working, caring, agile, creative, earnest, ready to work with customer, honest, good moral.
