JOB DESCIPTION

Position: EVENT PLANNING MANAGER

Report for Board of Directors

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Propose ideas, set up plans and budgets

  • Receiving brief from account, analysis brief;
  • Learning and finding ideas;
  • Meeting internally with team Account, Creative Content, Creative Art to generate ideas and plan for each project. Inspiring team members to come up with ideas;
  • Build CO budget for each detailed event;
  • Preparing proposal for each project and participating in presentation with clients;
  • Updating new technologies in the event to serve the work.

2. Planning IMC project (Digital and Event/Activation)

  • Ability to make proposal and presentation fluently;
  • Joining the project when the company requests;
  • Planning and implementing internal projects when the company requests;

3. The planner will be responsible for the KPI as follows:

  • Productivity: number of assigned projects (100% of assigned projects);
  • Performance: the number of successful projects (calculated according to the ratio of projects win / total projects) (60% of projects won the bid and 80% of the projects met the internal requirements);
  • Other KPIs depending on the job assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • At least 02 year of experience in the Agency environment;
  • Having negotiation skills, high persuasion ability;
  • Agile personality, dynamic, creative;
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently.
