[HCMC] [Client] Smartpay: Tuyển dụng Content Copywriter (Tháng 08.2019)

Responsibilities:

Planning, creating, executing, monitoring and optimizing content strategy for all channels of communication with users (official fanpages and seeding on social media, in-app and push notifications, KOLs, banners)
Creating content for all official company’s guidelines and announcements, press-releases, PR articles, scripts for in-house or outsourced video ads
Revising and proofing of sales scripts and other documents related to partners of the company
Creating storytelling concepts about features and users of SP for all communication channels
Monitoring the brand’s social listening and handle the crisis
Creating, planning and executing PR events and branding campaigns, managing relationships with media
Supporting other departments for content related to the company, brand, product and users
Coordinating branding and content strategy developed by agencies and other vendors
Representing the brand on official networking/industry events.

Requirements:

Education/Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, English or related field.

Experience

• At least 03+ experience working in relevant position in financial, banking, tech startup industry.

Special Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with popular content management systems.

• Experience with social media management, content strategy development and storytelling.

• Creativity and the ability to develop original content.

• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.

• Strong leadership qualities.
