Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences online
Manage and grow influencer and blogger network database
Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and bloggers
Negotiate costings appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
Implement influencer engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with influencers and bloggers on their requirements, timeline, and deliverables
Coordinate and work closely with sales team for influencer inquiries that best cater the brand
Give direction to sales person in regards to influencer marketing
Provide accurate timing estimates on work
Improve workflow and structure within the team to maximize efficiency
Supervise member’s work to provide solutions and advice for better productivity
Support the departments as needed

Graduated university or college in media, social and relevant major
Be good at English
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Have wide network with influencers and celebrities in Vietnam
2+ years of experience in digital advertising agencies
2+ years of experience in working with Influencers or celebrities
Experience in leading a team as a leader or manager
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as strong enthusiasm
Experience in fast-paced work environment
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Excellent teamwork skills
Excellent communication skills
