[HCM][Client] Home Brands by Central Group Vietnam: Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager who will direct an efficient marketing strategy, ensures a high performance of marketing operation in order to attract & gain customers and promote business development plan.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Stregthen & Optimize Brand's Strategies

- Build up brand portfolio strategies and financial targets.

- Develop brand identity, Standardize visual identity code at sites (stores, shopping mall).

- Develop marketing calendars across offline and online platforms, together with standard customer service, CRM, Loyalty program, partnerships…

Develop winning go-to-market plans for Brand's portfolio

- Lead market surveys, market studies to support brand strategy development.

- Lead business analysis to intervene issues and leverage opportunities.

Develop the marketing team and people management

- Recruit and manage the staffs within the marketing department.

- Design, implement and facilitate the annual Marketing planning & budgeting activities.

Empower product marketing

- Implement the annual marketing plan and budget.

- Ensure Catalog/ brochures concepts, production and results.

- Manage multimedia tools and social networks for a "push campaign".

- Implement in-store events & decoration campaigns.

Brand activation

- Create/executive all programs to achieve channel KPIs (sales volume, market share, OD share, market coverage).

- Review market developments and customer needs on regular basis.

- Work closely with Marketing team and related departments to develop an effective trade promotion strategy and its activities based on market situation.

- Ensure team members understand and align on the strategy and key objectives.

- Monitor the effectiveness of each trade investment and ensure maximum returns.

- Evaluation of all campaigns for further improvement.

- Handle other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Visual Merchandising

- Ensure the display of goods at store be align to guideline & brand’s principle.

REQUIREMENTS

Functional knowledge & experience:

- Knowledge on the market, retail industry in Vietnam and / or Asia region.

- Knowledge on Marketing for both technical sides & practices (concepts, tools, trends, technologies…).

Functional skills:

- Strategic thinking

- Problem solving method & practices

- Able to plan and organize and follow up on a project’s timeline and progress.

- Organize and manage a team of diversity

Leadership skills:

- Proactive, own strong entrepreneurial spirit to make things happen on his/her business.

- Good communication and training skills. Have clear vision to lead, influence and motivate people.

Other skills: Interpersonal and Stakeholder’s management Skills, customer-oriented.

Education: University degree in Marketing or Communication

Seniority: At least 5 years in marketing management position. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience, a proven track record in developing and delivering success for base business/new product development.

Language: Fluent in English. Frech is a plus.

Office skills: Office applications

Attitude: Proactive, Positive thinking with Can-do attitude, Result-oriented, Agile, Creative, Ready to work with customer, Honest.
