[HCM][Agency] MSLGroup: Account Executive

ROLE SUMMARY:
An Account Executive will work as part of the Account team, supporting and contributing to various client projects. The person will assist the
account lead and collaborate with the Specialist teams (PR/Digital/Experiential) to achieve the required objectives within defined budgets and
timetables, contributing ideas and suggestions on the work at hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT:
• Contribute ideas and point-of-views on objectives and strategies for superior communication initiatives as part of the Agency team
• Take direction from immediate supervisor to execute analysis of client business information for the development of communication plans
• Brief Creative and Specialist teams; keep the team informed on status and next steps, and follow up with suppliers and Publicis Groupe partners for
assigned projects
• Ensure the superior output of Specialist teams, partners and suppliers by motivating them, providing sufficient data, giving clear directions, making sound
judgment, setting reasonable deadline, etc.
• Act as first-level quality controller of Specialist team outputs to ensure that it meets client’s objectives and agreed communication strategies
• Co-develop PR/Digital/Experiential execution and content plans with the respective specialist teams, as appropriate
• Prepare weekly status reports, meeting minutes and campaign reports
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
• Share information effectively with the team and maintain strong working relationships with all departments
• Maintain positive relations with partners or third-parties important to client activities
CLIENT CONSULTING & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
• Provide monitoring, insights and research services to support the team and your clients’ knowledge and decision-making
• Think objectively about the tasks assigned to you, question them if not clear
• Attend and participate in creative brainstorms for clients, and apply creative thinking to all aspects of work
• Develop an understanding of the administrative and financial functions of account handling
• Responsible for smooth execution of client billing and preparation of related documentation; track account budgets versus actual
• Develop an understanding of integrated marketing (PR/Digital/Experiential)
• Write Vietnamese language perfectly and communicate well in English
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
• Develop a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting our Agency’s business as well as clients’
• Seek opportunities to develop your and our Agency’s knowledge, skills and abilities
• Assist in drafting new business proposals, as well as attending presentations
• Support in the development and implementation of the Agency’s own marketing initiatives

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• +1 year of experience in an agency environment
