[HCM][Agency] 2RES: Tuyển dụng Account Supervisor

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Account Supervisor (in both of advertising and event) acts as a link between clients and the agency. You usually report to Account Manager and are responsible for the day-to-day running of their clients’ campaigns. You liaise between the client and a range of agency staff in order to coordinate the details of advertising and event management campaigns.

The Account Supervisor works closely with the clients throughout campaigns, managing administrative and organizational work, and ensuring that this is completed on time and on budget.

The role can involve handling the accounts of three to four clients or more accounts.

  • Handle regular and consistent contact with clients
  • Oversee and manage complex advertising and event projects
  • Regularly counsel clients on advertising and event campaigns and marketing strategies
  • Directly manage a team of individuals, being accountable for their career development
  • Troubleshoot client issues
  • Developing and executing projects including writing strategy, researching competitors, and writing summaries.
  • Draft proposals, budgets and timelines for client projects
  • Presenting project and creative work to clients for approval or modifications
  • Look for opportunities to develop business with existing clients (including cross-selling) and with potential clients
  • Achieving sales targets;
  • Working with the account manager to brief media, creative, event, production and research staff, and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies;
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising and event agency by maintaining regular contract with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;

Requirements:

  • Degree: 3+ years interactive advertising; marketing; communications; 3+ years of business/management experience preferred; English
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience giving presentation to clients; Word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills.
