What you’ll do:
- Operate and manage internal ad platforms
- Ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery of all display advertising campaigns, including campaign management
- Set up appropriate tracking methods in order to accurately measure campaign performance
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues to help find solutions for performance issues and optimize profit
- Prepare data reports, analyze campaign results to highlight key learnings and translate those learnings into concise, actionable recommendations
- Manage relationships with partners & vendors to ensure smooth campaign implementation and performance
- Keep up to date with and share emerging trends, digital marketing best practices with team members
- Supervise junior members’ work
- Improve the workflow and structure within the team to maximize efficiency
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
- 2+ year experience in display advertising/ ad operation
- Basic knowledge or experience in HTML, Javascript, tag management
- Possess critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
- Passion for display advertising/digital marketing
- A can-do attitude and positive thinking with an eye for detail
- Leadership potential with prior experience in team management
- An ambitious & sharp-witted person who can quickly react and adapt to changes and move things forward
