[HCM][Client] Zalo: (Senior) Operations Executive, Zalo Shop

Descriptions:

• Develop sellers' operations & actively identifying operational issues. Ensure operations process (product quality, logistics, warehouse, payment,..) smoothly.
• Support material for training & onboarding sellers to improve their operations.
• Track progress of operations and performance effectiveness. Make decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking.
• Be incharge of internal training and process improvement.
• Work closely with product team to propose new features product or admin tools .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. Preferable experience working in Online industry: ecommerce/ ride-hailing/ food delivery.
• Logical and critical thinking. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in BI/Data Analyst skills is a big plus. Good at MS Office.
• Be ready for a start-up environment. Flexible and open to change.
