[HCM][Client] Zalo: Product Marketing Executive (Customer Training)

As a Product Marketing Executive, you will play the role of developing the ecosystem of training solutions for customers of Zalo Business (including Zalo Ads and Zalo Shop), focusing on 2 groups:

  • Offline: Develop a network of Zalo course through partnership with training companies in the market.
  • Online: Develop self-learning platform - Zalo Academy to become a must-have information channel when customer use Zalo Business.

Responsibilities

1. Planning:

  • Develop an overall plan to build training ecosystem (for initial and ongoing products) for customer base, in alignment with long-term goals of Zalo Business.
  • Evaluate the performance of the current solutions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cooperate with partners (external and internal) to deliver results.

2. Operating:

  • Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality & KPI target.
  • Implement and managing changes and interventions to ensure objectives are achieved.

3. Communicating:

  • Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding issues.
  • Communicate effectively with in-house team to support project.

4. Reporting:

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of status and risks.
