[HCM][Client] Zalo: Product Marketing Collaborator

Roles:

As a Product Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for implement marketing activities to convert potential customers into paid customer for Zalo Business, focusing on 2 groups:

  • Customer Segmentation: Segment potential customers into different groups by business issue, industry, behavior, … based on research and analysis.
  • Content Marketing:Design content scenarios that fit with each customer segment to get the Right Content to the Right People at the Right Time.

Responsibilities :

  • Organize CRO’s activities (Conversion Rate Optimization) in accordance with the long-term goals, support the direction of Product Marketing Team.
  • Evaluate current performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure goals are met in areas including quality & KPI target.
  • Implement and managing changes and interventions to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding issues.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of partnership status and risks.
