Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The position of 3D Design Supervisor is a senior position and requires someone with an extensive knowledge of the 3D animation/perspective workflow and has experience in leading a 3D team & project. Successful applicants will have a solid understanding of the production process, strong motivational qualities, be a proven team leader and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Develop and execute ideas from conceptualization to production stage
• Lead junior designers and oversee their design and quality of works
• Able to lead big scale projects with minimum supervision
• Quality checks on site with strong technical knowledge
• Project manage the production from a 3D perspective
• Work alongside the Art Director to achieve the required ‘Look’ for the project and ensure the work can facilitate the look efficiently
• Identify on the project, technical or otherwise, to the 3D Supervisor and Producer. Propose and Implement solutions
• Clearly and concisely communicate the project’s 3D procedures and workflows to the other team members
• Provide leadership and support for the project’s 3D crew, both creatively and technically, and ensure they partner effectively with Production Management and ensure they deliver on their goals.
• Collaborate with the production team and other 3D Supervisors to make requests and develop standard workflow
• Promote and Facilitate effective communication relating to the workflow, between Art directors, designer, Production management and the crew

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Museum/Exhibition Design, Interior Design or related fields
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Skills sets such as space planning, concept generating including freehand 3D sketches
• Understanding of multimedia technology and process of researching latest trends
• Technical knowledge of productions and on-site experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
