[HCM][Client] RMIT Vietnam: Copy Writer - Marketing Manager (short-term) Lưu

THE ROLE

The Copy Writer - Marketing Officer supports the development and implementation of marketing based activities in order to generate enquiries for student enrolments into Hanoi campus or Saigon South campus. A major part of the position is to generate and copywrite promotional materials for different platforms in Vietnamese and/or in English including but not limited to ad copy, web content, social media content, engagement content, newsletter and brochure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define creative concepts and copy write effective messages and engaging content for promotional materials in Vietnamese and/or in English
  • Support the development and implementation of integrated promotional campaigns and branding campaigns including Information Days, Experience Days, Program Campaigns, Mobility Program across all traditional and digital channels to drive enquiries and student enrolment growth
  • Develop content to feed RMIT website and social platforms including Facebook fanpages, blogs, forums in collaboration with Marketing Coordinators and in liaison with agencies, freelancers and interns
  • Lead video projects & photo shoots including but not limited to looking for talents, liaising with students and lecturers, developing story and script, outsourcing and briefing agencies
  • Facilitate talk shows at events & develop and/or update content for presentations at information days, school visits
  • Provide support for requests related to promotional collaterals for high school engagement activities, global mobility program promotion and international student recruitment
  • Provide department admin support, handle procurement/payment/travel booking process and other tasks as defined by the Marketing Manager

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Bachelor degree in business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing promotional campaigns
  • Experience in writing advertising copy and marketing collaterals
  • Demonstrated portfolio of writing pieces for different platforms, especially in Vietnamese (to be included in application documents)
  • Ability in dealing with different stakeholders in managing expectations, resources and achieving agreed outcomes
  • Demonstrated creative ability
  • Demonstrated high level written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and also participate as a productive team member
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet short deadlines

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS

If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at a BULATS Intermediate level (BULATS score 65), equivalent to IELTS (General) 6.0. RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete a BULATS test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
