Max Group is a unit specializing in providing strategic consulting services and implementing social activities for domestic and international brands, with criteria to create effective communication campaigns for customers. Max Group currently has 3 activity groups including Max Digital, Max Production & Max Community.
Max Digital has worked with more than 200 large and small-size customers in many different fields such as banks (VP Bank, Techcombank, Tien Phong Bank ...), pharmaceutical products (Traphaco, Phuc Hung pharmacy ...), electrical / household appliances ( Panasonic, Toshiba), F&B (Sumo BBQ, Cowboy Jacks, Kichi Kichi, Vuvuzela ...), beauty (Khơ thị Beauty Salon, Saigon Smile Spa ...) ...

Currently, Max Digital is looking for Senior Account Executive position, has experience with the following requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client service (30%)

Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters to build and maintain the good relationship with clients.
Work closely with existing clients to gain insights on the needs of clients, market practices and brand awareness to recommend client to the right direction.
Manage clients’ expectations and ensure satisfaction

2. Project development & management (70%)

Act as project leader for the medium and big client projects.
Work closely with project teams in each step of planning and execution to guarantee project status and identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Assure team’s KPIs (Billing and profit).
Allocate the budget effectively, judge the quotations and add value to the daily jobs to control the strategic direction.
Ensure that the project team is making appropriate progress and output on a day-to-day basis.
Follow up with client to proceed liquidation, report and payment for the project
Weekly report to Account Manager to ensure the smooth execution.

REQUIREMENTS

Number of years of experiences: 3+ years’ experience in account management. Solid digital background is a plus.
Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation-style and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
Soft skills/ competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good understanding about brand communication and project management.
Result-oriented, friendly, warm, willing to learn with a positive attitude.
