[HCM][Agency] The Town Communications: Tuyển Art Director

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with account team to schedule and monitor all projects.
Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
Determine how best to represent a concept visually.
Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use for event or activation projects.
Develop the overall look or style of a publication, advertising campaign
Develop and manage the creative team
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members before production.
Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style.
Directly present designs to clients for approval.
Personally work on the graphic development of the whole product as a part of team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, graphic arts and/or related experience
A very strong professional portfolio
At least 4 years agency experience in a deadline orientated environment and 2 years in the same position.

SKILLS:

Having keen skills of graphic design and relevant software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, 3D Max, Cimena 4D and other programs)
Strong ideation and conceptual ability
Having a extensive awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
Leadership, teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
Having an organised, structured and methodical work style
Communication and presentation skill
Willingness to work long hours and weekends
