JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing Publisher Management team,

• Finding and recruiting new publishers for Affiliate system and maintaining current relationships;

• Building, developing and executing business activities;

• Achieving monthly and yearly targets;

• Representing company to publishers to advertise and promote services;

• Responsible for process and quality of corporation with current publishers;

• Cooperating with Advertiser Sales team, Marketing team, Optimization team and IT team to collect information and develop business;

• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

• 1-2 years experience in Affiliate and Digital Marketing Agency field;

• Can work in the office full- time;

• General and logical problem analysis;

• Good English is a special advantage;

• Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills;

• Relationships with affiliates, bloggers and influencers;

• Good Marketing mindset;

• Fast and Proactive;

• Good research skills;

• The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines;

• Good teamwork skills;
