Currently, we are looking for Social Media Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all social activities following the campaign plan by creating appropriate schedule for each task.

  • Ensure that all social content is published on time, visually appealing and well optimized to increase the visibility of the content.

  • Engage with audience on social media channel follow brand's guidelines and proposed strategy. Smartly handle negative feedbacks from audience to prevent communication crisis.

  • Build and organize reports follow the orders of clients.

  • Work with Account/ Content/ Art to develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of social campaigns, events and coverage plans.

  • Proactively join in crisis management process.

  • Stay on top of the latest social platforms/trends, researching and implementing new tools to drive digital innovation.

  • Keep up-to-date on clients’ marketing, products, consumers' trends and competitors’ activities, as well as communities culture, etc. so that effective and innovative community marketing can be created.

  • Keep-up-to-date on all social media techniques, communities updates, KOL ranking, content marketing knowledge, etc.

  • Create content for brands with guidance from supervisor.

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in the social media/ account division of a digital agency.

  • Be enthusiastic and fast learner with a capacity to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hardworking, proactive, cooperative and flexible.

  • Good at details, timeline and schedule controlling and management.

  • Good teamwork player while can work independently and responsibly.

  • Good at time management and coordination.

  • Good at using common computer software of Word, Excel, Power Point and applications that support publishing tools.

  • Having content creating capacity/experience is a big plus.
