[HN][Agency] Br24 Vietnam: Looking for International Sales

Br24 Vietnam Co., Ltd is a subsidiary in Hanoi of the German Bildretusche24 GmbH located in Germany with more than 160 employees. We are approaching our new markets in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and will be expanding to other countries in Asia-Pacific. Our company aims to clients who are in need of pictures processing, layout design and CGI. For that, we are seeking a fluent English speaker who is experienced in sales consultation to be responsible for communicating with our prospective customers.

You are communicative, convincing and know how to sell? We are looking for a talented Sales Consultant to support our ambitious sales team in Hanoi.

Br24 High Quality Media Solutions is specialised in image editing, layout design and CGI for various application areas. For more than five years, we have been successfully operating in the international B2B segment for more than 1.100 customers worldwide across several industries.

Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses and private individuals by making outbound calls to offer graphic solutions and promote services;

  • Access customers needs and provide assistance and information on service features;

  • Describe and explain services in order to persuade a customer to agree to a trial period and place orders;

  • Establish and engage in customer relations; building productive trust relationships with customers;

  • Support customers in realization of their projects;

  • Handle customer questions; record customer details including reaction to the services offered;

  • General administrative activities as well as maintenance of customer database by doing research, entering, verifying and backing up;

  • Work to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

  • Regularly report to supervisor/General Director.

Requirements

  • Native or Business English a must;

  • A bachelor's degree in English, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields;

  • Experience in addressing and consulting customers on the phone;

  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing and promotions;

  • Services knowledge is a plus;

  • Excellent level of verbal and written communications, persuasive telephone manner and negotiation skills;

  • Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus;

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
