[HCM][Agency] MVV SnP: Ads Performance Specialist

Hi talents, we are looking for an ADs PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST!

Job Descriptions:

- Get briefs from clients and understand their requirements properly.

- Brainstorm and work with internal function teams to devise communication plans that meet client’s brief and budget.

- Present plan idea and propose cost.

- Perform day-to-day works which may include:

  • Develop and lead execution of SEO strategy, Google Ads, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads…
  • Pay per click planning, Implementation and optimization.
  • User experience and landing page optimization.
  • Conversion rate optimization.
  • Display advertising and retargeting paid search campaigns.
  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports, present detailed reports with proactive insights.
  • Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs, Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development.

Professional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related studies.
  • At least 2 years experience with SEO, various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram…) and digital marketing strategy with the ability to analyze performance data and compose insightful reports for internal teams.
  • Get Google Ads/ Facebook Blueprint certification.
  • Have knowledge of Web, Coding.
  • Working experience in Agencies is an advantage.
  • Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Good verbal english skills.
  • Strong orientation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skill.
  • Teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented and persistent.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
