[HN][Agency] We Create Content: Seeking for Account Executive
We Create Content is a content marketing agency for brands in Vietnam - and we’re looking for an Account Executive to assist in the management of our client portfolio.
This means they will be responsible for:
- understanding our clients’ needs
- communicating clearly the weekly/monthly objectives to the creative teams, from editors, to producers and social media executives
- managing the traffic of workflow in the agency
- ensuring deadlines are met with quality output and KPIs are achieved
- assisting in new business research and pitching
The Account Executive will report into the Account Manager and work across all We Create Content accounts.
Typical activities
- Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Executing and quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
- Communicating campaigns, projects details to the client and all team members
- Ensuring projects run smoothly
- Writing reports throughout the duration of the projects to keep clients and peers updated
- Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
- Administration tasks that will help to keep projects well-managed and organised - taking meeting minutes, making payment requests, presenting reports
- Offering creative ideas to the Account Manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
Successful candidates will have
- Excellent communication both verbally and written, in English and Vietnamese
- First class organisational skills
- A proactive approach to creative projects
- Experience of working as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm outlook
- A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
- The confidence to give clients trust in your work
- Experience working in content marketing or digital agency
- BSc/BA in Marketing, English, Communication and Media, Business Administration or related field.
