NIKKI is seeking an Senior Social Media Specialist, who will develop and grow the social media presence of NIKKI across new and existing platforms. The right candidate has experience developing and executing best-in-class social media strategy, content, and community management for a brand that is known for their exemplary social media and has been able to successfully grow its audience on social. This position reports to the Director of Brand & Marketing and work from our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
What you’ll do
- Develop and build on NIKKI’s strategy around content, voice, and community to deliver a best-in-class social media experience across Instagram, Facebook and new platforms
- Work with the Director of Brand & Marketing to develop feedback loops around content, and implement strategies for growth
- Work with the Designer team to manage day-to-day social media content, engagement, and community, while staying in close communication with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure that channel strategies are maintained
- Maintain an ongoing presence and conversation with our community across platforms
- Manage and execute sweepstakes across platforms
- Measure and report on follower growth, engagement, and community response time across all platforms
- Constantly innovate and think about how we can be ahead of the curve in offering a cutting edge social media experience
Who you are
- Have 2-4 years experience in creating and owning best-in-class social media programs for top tier brands
- Live and breathe on social media, 'gram, snap, and pin with the best of them
- Are witty, obsessed with trends and culture, and can start a conversation with anyone
- Work with a "no task is too small" attitude
- Are never satisfied with the status quo, always thinking "how can we do this better?"
- Love to travel (but that's a given)

- Salary: Negotiable.
- Working hour: 9AM – 6PM, from Monday to Friday. Saturday from 9AM – 12PM.
