[HCM][Client] Zalo: User Acquisition Lead (Telecommunication & Media Entertainment)

Who You Are

The Leader of User Acquisition will leverage significant relationship of key accounts/ stakeholders to drive profitable growth. You will own acquisition performance while leading strategic acquisition plan & direction of monetization as well as explore new market opportunities for further business development in Telecommunication and Media Entertainment.

What You'll Do

1. Business Development Management

  • Proactively gain understanding of Zalo’ ecosystem (i.e. Zalo App, Zing MP3, Zing TV, Zing News and Baomoi) and its services.
  • Partnership with key accounts/ stakeholders in Telecommunication and Media industry
  • Build and continuously maintain relationship with new key accounts for further strategic cooperation.
  • Business acumen mastery along with identifying and targeting new market opportunities.
  • Manage KPI and assess business direction for accurate route outlined, assign to execution team for specific action plans with proper operation and allocation.
  • Bring leading analysis and insight to acquisition funnel measurement, including helping to define & set goals for key performance indicators.

2. User Acquisition Management

  • Develop strategic and sustainable user acquisition strategic plan on all mobile platform, driving continued high-quality volume to Zalo’s ecosystem, optimized direction for effective monetization outcome.
  • Drive relentless culture of experimentation on all key channels while also ideating and establishing new user acquisition funnels for endeavor experiences.
  • Own cross-functional and strategic communication setting on user acquisition plans.

3. People and Team Direction Management

  • Play a lead role in hiring, training and developing a top-class team to lead campaign execution, optimization & analysis.
  • Oversee highly detail-oriented opportunities and issues, consult tactical execution for team.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience at Business Development/ User Acquisition/ Distribution in the industry of Telecommunication/ Media Entertainment/ Digital Products.
  • 3+ years managing a team of User Acquisition/ Sales/ Business Development/ Distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition strategic direction on Zalo’s mobile platform ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate and sale professionally our business in both Vietnamese and English
  • Proven ability to partner with key accounts and external leadership as well as explore new market opportunities to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Significant experience or strong network in Telecommunication/ Media with passion for technology/ digital products is a plus.
