[HCM][Agency] YouNet Digital: Account Executive (KOLs & Account Management)

Account Executive will be responsible for successfully lead and support team to run and manage the projects on day to day basic to deliver project quality, good profit and client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Account & Relation Management

  • Under supervision, be the front line contact with client to take brief, clarify brief, analyzing consumer needs and consulting with solutions.

  • Develop effective working relationships with clients. Explaining to clients and managing their needs and expectations.

  • Work closely with the Intergrated Strategic Planning, Communication Design team, Creative teams, Media, Finance and Vendor or third party to produce the most effective integrated campaigns for clients

2. Planning & Execution Management

  • Deliver brief with strong supportive and informative data prior the project.

  • Deliver clear understanding about client (thorough reviews, analyzes and evaluates the 4P and 3C)

  • Make a clear client expectation for the team and manage internal expectation.

  • Monitor and control budgets, clear tasks and realistic timetables of project for internal and external.

  • Defining project scope, estimate and improve proposals, works with all department in the creation of project specifications and time plan.

  • Manage and control account financial activities.

  • Monitor closely client projects, involved with client projects from start to finish, ensuring successful rate of the project and timeline requirement.

  • Manage and work with KOLs/Influencers to deliver required SOW, and archieve agreed KPI. Have the ability to filter and evaluate KOL’s quality, and how they fit for the campaigns/projects.

3. Quality Assuranse and Operations

  • Maintain projects and updates of project statuses. Ensuring each task performance and delivery on time.

  • Ensure the quality and best practices of the strategic thinking, proposals and creative brief to be consistent with overall strategies

  • Project quality assurance – testing and review of output result. Ensure campaigns stay strategically to the plan during the project.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Number of years of experiences: 1+ years’ experience in an Account capacity (in Digital Agencies; or having experiences in working with Digital-related in integrated projects is a plus).

  • Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation-style and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.

  • Soft skills/ competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and external people. Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams.
