JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Marketing planning and execution

Plan marketing and branding objectives
Develop and implement marketing mix strategies, cohesive communication and activation plan across different channels to reach and engage with target audiences most effectively
Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. Responds to information queries from media and the general public
Design, build, and maintain social media presence (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram…)
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
Evaluating marketing campaign, manage marketing budget

2. Fundraising

Motivating and facilitating supporters to maximise the fund contribution
Inspiring new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters
Recruiting, organising and managing volunteers to carry out various functions within the Foundation

REQUIREMENTS

Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent related philanthropic experience
3+ years' experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
A creative and strategic individual who is passionate about philanthropic work
Fundraising event’s planning experience
Exceptional communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a collaborative environment
