Responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing programs / campaigns for products portfolios (existing products, RL, NL), promotion activities, seminars, workshop, events, hair-show, merchandizing, display, …
Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics.
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends pertaining to trade/product category, activities, customer behaviors / preferences, and report on competitor activities, ... to identify market opportunities. Assess stylists and customers need, specifying the research to obtain marketing information. Adjust marketing plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
Develop sales tools, marketing materials (POSM), education collaterals and make sure visibility, message is effectively conveyed to the salons and end consumers.
Support in product pricing and positioning strategy.
Manage and ensure communication plans are in alignment with the marketing calendar, Implement the communication collaterals to support salons, and manage campaigns on social media, online activities to enhance customers engagement, and drive awareness of products/services.
Coordinate, follow up with Sales team, education team to implement all A&P activities for trade and customers, monitor and evaluate the results.
Business review with supplier periodically.
Collaborate to develop the e-commerce channel.
Maintain a productive relationship and effectively collaborate with all related functions for smooth business operations.
Translate products info, support ASK education to deliver education plans in training for internal team and external customers.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
Adherence to A&P budget aligned.
Other tasks assigned by Superior.
Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning.

Education
- University degree with a major in business or equivalent work experience
Work experience
- Experience in cosmetics industry will be preferable
