The Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of several of Edge’s key client relationships. It is a senior client-facing commercial role with excellent opportunities for career progression and development.
The Account Manager works with clients to develop new digital initiatives, manage existing platforms/campaigns, and ensure we deliver on the clients’ objectives.
The successful candidate for the role will be adept at managing varied groups of stakeholders, rationalising and prioritising workflows in order to deliver exceptional work.
- Provide Strategic and Digital Marketing Leadership
Works with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives.
- Build and Grow Client Relationships
Understand clients’ business and identifies opportunities to grow our business with them.
Develop formal 12 month client plans for key relationships.
Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.
Provide the highest levels of client servicing.
- Manage Delivery of Campaigns, Programs and Platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed to plan, on time and on budget.
Hold regular Work in Progress (WIP) meetings with client to review performance and propose recommendations & optimization.
Ensure the Campaign and Project KPI’s set with the client are met and delivered on time
- Manage Financial Performance
Achieve revenue targets from key clients.
Continue to improve account efficiency profitability.
Work with planning to develop new business proposals.
Leverage personal networks and industry events to identify new business opportunities.
