[HCM][Client] Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam: E-commerce Development Channel Specialist (1 year Contractor)

General scope of work

  • Supporting role within the local eCommerce team responsible for driving and executing the eCommerce agenda within Vietnam. Responsibility will be to support the eCommerce sales account executive as they continue to build relationships with key e-retailers (Tiki, Shopee, Lazada, and Adayroi).
  • Primary role is to execute the yearly campaign calendar via working cross functionally with marketing, CP&A, trade marketing and sales. This will entail supporting the sales account executive to build a plan, brief agencies on creative and ensure seamless execution with retailers. Post campaign analysis will be required to ensure key learnings.

Main responsibilities

Execute the remainder of the 2018 campaign calendar, support in building 2019 eCommerce plan & execute 2019 calendar:

  • Execute monthly promotional activity (ie. Back to School)
  • Execute start of TET in 2018
  • Support the team in building 2019 eCommerce plan; month by month activation calendar
  • Work very closely with MT team to design monthly calendar based on offline promotions, get customer input to create online-only promotions, liaise with CP&A to provide detail and execute activations

Work with e-Retailers to improve online fundamentals:

  • Implement Mondelez Perfect Store
  • Improve imagery on all e-Retailers sites: implement hero imagery
  • Improve content on all e-Retailers sites: work with marketing
  • Continuously improve search/ aisle positioning
  • F/u with retailers to measure KPIs (CTR, impressions etc.) and use feedback to improve future executions
  • Assume responsibility for scheduling meetings, co-creating agendas, aligning customer targets

Work with creative agencies & marketing to execute key seasonal campaigns:

  • Take the lead in planning & executing key seasonal campaigns (Mooncake/ Tet/ NPD launches)
  • Work with creative agency to brief campaign requirements
  • Work with marketing to ensure support via traffic/ marketing channels
  • Work with e-Retailers to ensure best executions on site

Liaise with regional eCommerce team:

  • Represent Vietnam to liaise with regional team
  • Provide monthly financial tracking information for eCommerce MBRs

Requirement

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam eCommerce market
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam eCommerce Retailers
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and reporting
  • Ability to execute digital campaigns with eCommerce retailers
  • Ability to brief & work with creative agencies
  • Base knowledge of Vietnam multinational companies
  • General understanding of distributor market model per retailer
  • General knowledge of Sales and Marketing functions, and trade marketing experience preferred
  • Immediate English – written and spoken
  • Vietnamese mandatory
  • Professional Computer skills - Power Point, Excel, Word
