MISSION

A Marketing Manager oversees the entire customer acquisition pipeline. (S)He watches how all the pieces in a customer acquisition funnel are working together toward the overall goal of growing a company. As a result, he's in a better position to make strategic adjustments to marketing, and retention strategies based on what's best for the entire direction of the business instead of what's best for one department. In short, he does everything to grow the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve and surpass monthly goal by activities suggested below, but not limited to:

Set strategy & execute Hiip branding & marketing
Develop, implement & optimize customer acquisition model
Create, manage & optimize POE media to acquire new customers
Optimize customer retention rate via marketing & platform experience improvement
Initiate innovations on product, platform features and operational process
Establish and lead partnership program to incrementally push growth pace
Work across functions to accelerate growth achievement roadmap

REQUIREMENTS

Experiences in Digital Marketing
Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, ...
Experiences in managing Advertising campaign on Facebook, Google Adwords, Social Seeds, Content Marketing,...
Strong analytical and time management skill
Good teamwork skill
Ability to write viral content is a plus
